Please review the following terms carefully before booking with Elite Event Medical Services North East Ltd. By confirming a booking, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

💳 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Both deposits and final payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card or direct bank transfer to our business account.

You can make your deposit securely by visiting our Payment Link Page.

Cheque payments are not accepted.

💼 Quotes & Booking Confirmation

All agreed quotes are considered final and non-negotiable once confirmed.

Full payment must be made in advance or on the day of the event, upon our team's arrival on site.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel:

We are happy to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If you choose to cancel without rescheduling, 50% of the original quoted fee will remain payable.

Please note that the initial deposit and any final payments are non-refundable.

🤝 Conduct & Expectations

We ask that all clients and event attendees treat our staff with courtesy and professionalism.

Abuse, threats, or inappropriate behaviour towards any team member will result in the immediate withdrawal of our services, and no refunds will be issued.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

Both deposits and final payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Alternatively if preferred we can take cash as payment on the day we arrive
